Microsoft Game Studios Family recruits for another new first party studio

I have a few things to say I wonder if microsoft building up it first party for their next console successor maybe a fall of 2012 release is true ??

What is this studio name anyways ??

 

and now all microsoft needs is a few studios push in japan i think
