Half the industry is about coping ideas from others so gameloft isn't doing anything bad.
Besides if someone thinks Gameloft stolen his ip he can go against them to court so far i think noone did.
And let's be serious here - noone will resign from buying Uncharted 3 because he has a copy of it on his phone.
