Here's what it all boils down to: Regardless of their involvement, they WILL take the blame. The fact that they are such an ambiguous body automatically prevents them from successfully defending themselves. A handful of "members" could very well be responsible while the bulk had absolutely nothing to do with it. No one from that group can ever make an accurate statement about the group's intention or involvement.
