sorry, I assumed you lived in the US, but they are looking into different firms in EU. Unless you don't live there, then you are kind of just screwed :P

I am under the impression that the information is not decrypted at all, just hashed.

From the link:

" If you have provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity, out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained."

That sounds like that they know that they have leaked the information... at least to me.
