I agree with you on the chances of a Wii port of Graces F, but from a technical side why would it be prohibitive?
According to others on this thread size isn't an issue as the whole game is 6.5 gigs on PS3. Voicework just needs to be copied over, and all the text as well since it's already translated on PS3. All that's left is graphics, and others here have said the game is still running on the same engine on PS3 as on Wii, so downsizing the textures/models/menus of the new content might be enough to get the whole thing up and running... worst case scenario some of the levels in the new content might be too big to fit in Wii's memory so they would need to cut them up or change them, but that's really the only problem I can anticipate.
If that is the case it sounds like a pretty standard job for any decent mod-team... just saying...
