The issue with the RROD was recognised and a programme to replace faulty units put into place (YLOD was never officially recognised by Sony and no free repair ever offered despite it being the same issue with a reduced failure rate, given but still high).
For me only the RROD has affected me, I lost my 360 for 4 days I was expecting worse as at the sime we had servere postal issues due to weather and it was Christmas bu the UPS guy pulled up on the last working day before Christmas so ironically I was actually pleased with the service (I know a service to replace faulty equipment).
Whereas the RROD issue affected the early models and was progressively reduced through design changes the data theft potentially has no end so I say data theft. I would also ask the question of how long does the PSN service need to be down before somr of you guys think its worse.
Lame comparisons to intermittent Live outages or the access to senior officials Live accounts do not compare favourably nor does the PSN to RROD for that matter but hey ho!
