It all depends on who is suffering more.

RROD was a real pain for the consumers, buying a 360, it breaks, have it repared then breaks again, having it changed for a refurbished one and hoping it'll work. Then there are MS reps saying things like : "Things break!"... really? MS deserved all the bad press around the RROD and they're lucky to have sold so many still. It cost them a billion and now they've fixed and we should stop the hate about it since it's over.

PSN being down isn't such a big deal for PS3 owners except for those that mainly play online (COD, DCU etc), people can still play their PS3 unlike the RROD.

The big problem though lies in the fact that personnal info such as CC numbers may have been stolen.I swear those who think it's not such a big deal need a reality check, someone tried to steal my identity last year, I lost my wallet but it was almost empty with no cards except for my driving license, that's all they needed. With only one card, they registered a new car and got arrested multiple times, I recieved the bills but didn't know what it was all about until I realised I had been frauded. Seriously this is no joke it's not just "some info" it's more than enough to make your life like hell if they can.

Then there are the devs. Games are released over the PS Store so are download content. How can they reach customers if the only store for them to sell is closed? They should be pissed, like the Infamous 2 beta etc.

Customers -> RROD (and should worry for identity theft but most don't seem to care, I sincerely hope it never happens to you)

Devs -> PSN down... loss of revenue.
