Now one question... how do you account for wonk dying besides the SK in the tribute video (cause that is an SK no? wouldn't he have the ability to kill? a kill we'd have seen?)

What do you mean? You're asking how Wonk died?

I'm asking if you can come up with an explanation of how he could have died besides the second faction theory ^^

He died because he was in either a faction or cult. Look at the tributes, there's plenty of evidence that Barry the Chopper could be with his partner and also there's Lan-Fan, who is an assasin in FMA. Lan-fan/Xing could easily be a faction, and Wonk could have been 1/2 of them or Barry/48.
