So what if it fits? If Namco Japan are willing to do the extra development work to get the game equal on both platforms, that would mean something, but are they really going to waste time and resources adding extra features onto the Wii version just for American audiences who are already getting the fully featured PS3 version? That seems doubtful to me. Like someone else mentioned, releasing a game on two systems with one missing a big chunk of content doesn't seem like a likely scenario.
Just to be clear, I'm not arguing that it's a better choice to ignore the Wii version. Obviously the Wii has a large userbase and Namco would get some extra sales, even though anybody who is planning to buy the game and already owns both consoles would surely pick the version with the extra content. I'm just shedding some light on why I think they're ignoring it. Unlike past scenarios where they would pass on localization for what seemed like no good reason, I can actually see their logic in sticking to the PS3 version this time around, even if I don't agree with it personally.

If they believe it's worth it for extra sales, they can get the JP team to do a port of the exta content (which is only around 10 hours worth of content. And most of Namco's games are multiplat anyway. Plus it wouldn't be the first time they added something new to Western releases...). We don't know what they're going to do yet - they completely removed the Features tab for whatever reason. So we'll have to wait to see what they do...but they're continuing to stay totally quiet about info and platform(s), again for whatever reason.

but they cant do that though. I thought sony made the developer make the extra content ONLY for the ps3 version
i thought whenever a game is made on a platform then the developer try's to bring it to the PS, sony wont let them do it. In order for sony to let them bring the game to PS they have to make extra content for the PS version of that specific game that wont be released on any other version
after Lost Planet and Oblivion that's what happened with Ninja gaiden 2,Bioshock,Overlord,Enchanted Arms,Eternal Sonata,Star Ocean 4,Tale's of Vesperia(Japan),Tale's of Graces(Japan) and a few other game's
and i was thinking when square wanted to bring Last Remnant to ps3 they got told the same thing and were just to lazy to do the extra content and that's why Last Remnant never came to ps3
but idk..
