RROD was a huge problem and a more serious one in terms of revenue and debt from the huge losses MS was taking.
But in terms of the casual consumer view of the companies reputation this PSN outage has been a travesty. Its all over local news stations and even on the front pages of huge website like MSN. Sony needs to get this under control ASAP because this is a very serious image problem.
