lol then where did you pull out that 'this is average' comment from? rather stupid to say such a thing no? There really is no other example of dumb hacker losers ruining gamer experiences in the name of their blind supporters. So you can't say this is average when you can't even think of a similar situation that had happened before. Sony have already offered a lot for a service they provide for free. that is more than many expected from them in this situation.
Anywho it seems you just have had too high of expectations in this situation (w/e else they might have been). I wouldn't call this 'average' by any means. Guess we have to agree to disagree on that. They are doing all one who is sensible should expect of them at this point.
