yeah, because releasing on two platforms won't increase the Tales fanbase on the PS3. 

Namco's first priority is to circulate the PS3 version in the West. They haven't been happy with sales for quite some time, so it makes sense for them to narrow their focus and stick with the console that is guaranteed at least two successive Tales games. Releasing a Wii version that's missing 10 hours of content alongside the PS3 version that will be bought by PS3 owners and multi-console owners alike probably doesn't seem very lucrative.
