Yes, they could of, but I'm just arguing that it isn't DVDs fault. They could of always added another DVD too 

yes but adding another dvd is adding another disk, for a total of 4 (which is a crazy amount of disks).

dual layer bluray, is just one disk, no swapping. no clicking something like "press to go to second layer"

theres no way to know if it were a duallayer or not, unless you new the size of the game
