Those caps are very high for full broadband. Even if we were DD-only and, say, every PS3 game was a full single-layer Blu-Ray, that would be a limit of downloading 10 games a month (and that's fully-loaded PS3 games, which i wouldn't know if there are even 10 of those that use full Blu-Ray capacity)
I'm surprised there are people that get above that. They'd have to be hosting their own servers or torrenting or something
