Every shop had it at £40 when it was first released, you can now get it for £20.
Also, these people think from a Western modern world perspective where everyone has super duper fast internet and a net connection that's stable. Yes most their money might come from places that do have that but turning to digital only restricts your sales base. Those in the world without this luxury cannot get a hard copy to ever play.
