I am not the only one with a poor opinion of Killzone.

Everyone I have passed the controller to in order to play it has had overwhelmingly negative views about it. If Snake612 was still here, he'd back me up on that, but assurance from Rol should be more than enough proof.


I feel the same way.  This game is prettty but unlovable.  I even loaned it to a co-worker in exchange for WWE All-Stars.  The next day, he brought it back.  Didn't even ask for his game, he just brought it back!  The last game I took back to the store was Velvet Assassin.  That ggame was a broken mess.  I'm taking KZ3 back today.  I usually keep every game I buy because there's a certain charm or feeling that I'll be in the mood to play it someday.  With KZ3, I don''t feel anything when I play it.  It's gotta go.

Well here's something pretty much everyone in my highschool and university friends love Killzone 3. I lent one of my buddies Killzone 3 as soon as PSN went down. And he still never gave it back to me. Instead he bought me MK and Portal 2 and said that I can keep both those games for Killzone 3. It's all based on opinon. I certinaly don't think people playing WWE all stars will like  games like Killzone 3.

Like you (and everyone else in this thread) said, it's all opinions.  That's quite a powerful statement, though.  I mean, the guy is a PS3 only owner and has been trying to get me to get CoD Black Ops (I own 360 version) so I can play with him on PSN for months.  He's got a PS Move, loves Uncharted, Batman AA, God of War series, Madden and NBA 2K11, Heavy Rain, WWE SvR 2011, and Homefront!  People can like multiple genres!

Glad you guys enjoy KZ3, though.  In the end, as long as we're all having fun, nothing else matters.  Nobody is going to like every single game that everybody else likes.  Hell, I don't even like WWE All-Stars but I love SvR 2011!  Sometimes, I think we try too hard to convince other people that we're having the best time of our lives with whatever awesome, new, cutting edge, game we're playing that we  forget to just have fun.  Enjoy your game, man.
