Angry Birds is awesome. It really helps to shorten waiting times and is quite addictive 
It definitely deserves its downloads.
Why are people so upset about this? App Store downloads share a lot with what made the Wii successful (they are disruptive - gosh I said it!) and offer lots of quality games - sure your average app store game isn't an epic RPG (or too expensive, huh Square?) but value and price are in good balance.
Do I sense some double standarts?
