A PC game that launches a year late with graphics that are completely underwhelming

Hhm, don't know but from IGN's review of the PC version:

Graphics 9.5 "A wonderfully realized game world with outstanding levels of detail everywhere you look."

Presentation 8.5 "Shoddy story and frequent forced dialogue sequences that add little to the game."

I don't think bad graphics is the reason for the lower score.
