Off the top of my head:
- Final Fantasy: Spirits Within
- Spider-Man 3
- Playstation 1's "Polygon Man" ad campaign
- Launched PS2 without a single first party game (and their first game was Fanta-Vision!
- Unreliable PS1 hardware
- Unreliable PS2 hardware
- Created an HDD for PS2 and then immediately launched a system redesign that wasn't compatable with the HDD
- Launched PS3 at $600
- Gave 360 a year's headstart (of course, the PS2 was still selling like crazy.
- Ended agreement with Universal Studios, costing them their perceived mascot (Crash) and Spyro exclusivity.
- Allowing "Krazy Kaz" say anything to a reporter.
That's about all I can think of. I could probably come up with longer lists for Nintendo and Microsoft, though so don't think I'm just Sony bashing.
