I'm fairly confident that the NGP will end up being $350 (or more) ...
At the time the PSP launched the US dollar was worth between 110 and 120 yen, today it is at (roughly) 80 yen and falling. Even if Sony prices the NGP to be the exact same price as the PSP launched at in Japan, this would mean that the NGP would launch for around $350. It is likely that Sony might want to charge more than the PSP launched for in Japan, and it is also likely that they would want to protect against further echange rate changes, which means the system could even be dramatically more expensive.
