First off i would like to point out that the current cases of class actions for 24 billion dollars is going to take well over 10-20 years to see any resolution. The Investigations are more on SONY's side because its not there fault that hackers broke into there network: remember people hackers have gained acess and stole from the FBI, CIA, Interpol, and many organisations around the globe. So the investigations are most likely on the line of finding who has the data and trying to stop wide spread indenity theft.
I bet Kaz will announce all the actions they are doing to PSN and solving the issue, as well as announcing when PSN will be back online (next week i say) and announcing what reward is going to be given for the customers to "regain trust" in the network.
Also 500 million in revenue is really good, SONY has to be pulling an profit from PSN.
