Actually it would.  You can't be president unless you were born on US soil... for some reason.

You sure about that. You don't have to be born on US soil to be a natural born citizen of the US. If you are a child of an American citizen but are born outside of the country you are still a natural born citizen of US. I have a few friends that were born in Germany while they parents were in the military but they are natural born US citizens.

Are you sure they weren't born on US military bases.  US military bases are considered US soil.

EDIT: Actually, I was wrong you don't need to be born on US soil if BOTH of your parents are US citizens.  However there is still actually  a legal and constiutional arguement that they wouldn't be able to run for president that some have made.
