It may not need one, but really, a redesign is far more effective than a price cut. Of course, this is the second one it's getting so it'll be much weaker, but a redesign gives a more solid and permanent boost, really. They're prolly gonna accompany it with a price cut, anyway, though, so sales go kaboom either way.
