It depends on what kind of gamer you are really. I play mostly online games, and in this front as you said, the 360 does it best. So for everyone interested in having the most robust experience online should really invest on a 360.

And the 360 has a lot of quality exclusives (some of them are on PC as well, but people still consider exclusive in terms of consoles), its just that they haven't been releasing much recently, probably because they are focussing on Kinect.

Also a lot of things you complained about are actually things that I like, the 360's achievement system/noise, 360 controller (I dont understand why people people complain about either controllers, I can use both 360 and dualshock without any problems, but I think I prefer the 360 for shooters mainly), the dashboard which I think is very coherent, etc. Yes I do understand some of your gripes as well such as the d-pad which is horrible if you are playing fighting games but I can mostly get over whatever small problems the 360 has for an overall great experience.
