because the domination of the Senate and Congress was full with a bunch of pussy ass Democrats afraid to pass anything, they where more worried about getting re-elected and not pissing anyone off and didn't do anything, Bush was a complete fucking moron and so was his cabinet but they got shit done, even if what they got done butt fucked America into oblivion they got it done, and that's the only thing I like about republicans, aka non-pussies who get shit the fuck done, and dare you to say anything about it. If the Democrats where half as gansta the Rep.  this country would be very much different.
