The first number doeans't really mean much honestly. You wannalook at the 2nd and 3rd. The thousands are like a generation, and if the enw generation has cheaper cards they will be worse than the old's best.

I've been doing some searching. It's a 120 USD card. Still. It will pretty much crush all the games I own except for StarCraft II.

Pretty sure it will do fine with Starcraft 2.  I can run that on my laptop card on high at like 30 fps, and surely your card can outdo that.
