it states he delived this many times since before and after presidency. Did you not read the article?

The article is talking about the short form certificate.

"Only computer-generated birth certificates have been issued since May 2001..... That's the type of birth certificate the Obama campaign released in 2008. The computer-generated version does not include such details as the signatures of the mother and the delivering doctor."

Not sure what your talking about. He released what was available in 2008 and people still kept bitchin. Now, he got a  full copy and sent that out. Previous "copy" in 2008 should have been sufficient.
