Whoops that revision of the post sounded much more sure of itself than I intended. I meant to say the PS3 is the most likely source. I have a couple of problems with the assumption so I wouldn't be stunned to find out it was something else. I will go edit the post now. You are right that its better to wait before assigning definitive blame. I was just trying to show the logic behind people who jumped to the assumption that the PS3 was the cause.

Ah, i get you now. That makes total sense as a hypotehtical... and if is the case.... oooh boy. That's just worse then the "Usual corporate neglect" to cut costs you'd come to expect from any company.
