First of all, YES! If anything will get me back into pokemon it could be this.
Second I would love to see something like an Elder Scrolls style of an MMO. I'm tired of the auto-attack, hit ability A, wait for cooldown, etc. Make boss fights and raids more dynamic so that the enemy can't be planned down to a statistical analysis of what to do after a certain milestone is achieved.
