huh, Shrek at ten years ago. It is hard to think of it as anything other than a "new" movie, though that's possibly because Shrek has defined the trend of most animated movies released since (if you're an animated movie these days, you're either a Shrek derivative or some sort of Pixar derivative, though it is mostly Dreamworks and Pixar releasing anything in what these newbs call "animation")
