whats on your psn?  username/password?  you use that anywehre else?  you online banking, paypall, amazon, ect?

your real name?  date of birth?  address?  any of that stuff you ever put into you psn account?

Username is different, no online banking/paypall/amazon..   Real name and date birth and the address is changed;.(never bothered to change it);.
