So there are 1st & 3rd Person shooter. What about a 2nd person shooter ?

Yea, you make a fair point about 1st and 2nd person have to be in 3D, but thats mainly because our world is in 3D. I don't think we can perceive how a 2D world would look like for someone living in a 2D world (not that there is a 2D creature, but interesting to think about nonetheless).
