This sounds like you're claiming a role that I've seen elsewhere called a Psychic, which knows if someone visits them. It's confirmable because you can't make up someone visiting you or eventually you'd be caught in the lie. And it would be the most horrible scum role ever as it basically outs any town powers, so despite your horrendous play day one I'm buying you as town.

I'm not pyshic, I just get random info. This night I got who targeted me, I was hoping for info on another player.

A Bad Clown is pulling off the same stunts as last game it seems.

First statement: Someone targeted me last night. - I'm fine with that one

Second statement: Obviously Linkz wasn't the one who targeted me if he's still voting for me, I still was able to use my role (to see someone targeted me) so I wasn't role blocked. - Notice here that he deduces that Linkz isn't the one who targetted him because of his vote. Indicating that he doesn't know who targetted him, this is reinforced by the use of "someone" instead of "who" in the second sentence.

Third statement: I'm not pyshic, I just get random info. This night I got who targeted me, I was hoping for info on another player. - Now somehow he got the who targetted him instead of just the fact that someone targetted him.
