Saying you will make something "hacker proof" is then like throwing raw meat into a den full of hungry lions.  This will be daring hackers to try to break their system, because how much this work may be said to make things "hacker proof".  Will see how it goes.  I will say though, IF they DARE release a patch that kills backwards compatibility on my PS3 60GB unit, I will need to think hard and fast about whether I ever plug the system into their network, or trade it in to get store credit.
