PS3 will eventually pass the Xbox360.
Even if it doesn't happen this gen, it will happen after the start of next gen.
the reason is simple, MS doesn't have the developers to support 2 consoles whereas Sony does as they showed lated in the PS2 life...
So when Microsoft starts talking of the next Xbox, their first party support for the 360 is going to disappear quickly and the PS3 will close the gap if it hasn't before that point..
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
