As I mentioned in another thread,Someone managed to get my my debit card details and tried to make a transaction, but luckily my banked declined it as it was suspicious.
It could be a coincidence, but it would be quite a big coincidence as it has happened at the same time as a PSN security breach. I havn't heard of this happening to anyone else though.
