Sexual orientation, race and gender are genetic traits that cannot be directly changed and since a person has no choice in the matter its dispicable to denigrate any of those attributes. Plus they make no claims about the universe or morality or anything that can be wrong, bigoted or deserving of criticism.
Religion on the other hand is a collection of information that isn't genetic, makes claims about many things and can used as a tool of opression for things that aren't a choice, like ones gender, sexual orientation or ethnicity. Religion can be adopted or discarded completely and is not in the same catagory as a genetic trait. All ideologies should been allowed to be criticised.
