So it's a case of being guilty before being proved innocent, and not the other way round?

Whether it was immoral or not that's a whole different can of worms to being legal and illegal. I'm absolutely fine with people having an opinion that the removal of os was immoral it's just the legality side of your opinion thats wrong. I'm not trying to sway you one way or the other, you have one point of view and I have another which is fine.

I'm not some sony fanatic who will defend them no matter what, but I really do believe these last few months have given some people the ammo they have  been craving for to just basically vent out all the anger/dissapointment they have towards sony, there used to be a poster I think he was called gebx who seemed to be on some personal mission to create as many negative threads about sony as he could find on the internet, but at least the majority of the time they was different articles and some where quite entertaining, these days its the same few posters, posting the same shit over and over, you think the op seriously wanted to discuss the points he made? or just simply throw food in a cage and watch the animals go wild?

Anyway I respect your opinion just don't agree with a little part of it.
