It's a danger but it's really speculation at this moment, nothing to get worked up over yet. I'm not saying you shouldn't watch your credit card activity just in case, but I wouldn't assume they got your information yet.
One user out of millions isn't proof, if we started reports of hundreds of users then I would be getting worried. These credit card stories have been nothing more than stories meant to scare people and get hits on a website.
