SOCOM 4 (my own unofficial thread)

So i got SOCOM 4 on friday (which is early for England) and since then i have played through the campaign, and got nearly 50% of the trophies. I had never heard of SOCOM before SOCOM 4 was announced but i have jumped right into the series and thourougly enjoyed it! I usually dont like 3rd person games and the story is a litle sketchy but if im honest i dont care. This is one of the first games in a long time with solid, fun and very enjoyable gameplay. The Graphics very from ok to brilliant but overall they are pretty sharp and the cinematics are really good. The missions at times are chalanging especially when you are 45 (a South Korean special forces member of your team) as she sneaks behind enemy lines to survey areas, sabotage equipment etc (this is my opinion but the stealth missions felt alot like metal gear solid and i thought that was quite good). Towards the end of the game there is an unexpected twist which completely changes how you play the game, which is a good thing. The custom missions can be extremely fun as you control the difficulty, amounts of enemys etc and for me this is a very good feature. I have tried the first mission on elite and it is extremely hard and im not going to lie i cant do it. I think this is good because it really chalanges you to practice more and more and for me that means re-doing the campaign on hard before going back to elite. There are around 50 trophies on SOCOM 4  and many of them are hidden, luckily around 10 of these hidden ones are simply for completing missions and for doing both endings of the game. Obviously with the network down i have yet to go online but so far the game has been brilliantly fun and it really makes you think at times. After playing this game i am definately going to try and get SOCOM 1-3 because it was just soo fun. I would definately recomend it! Hopefully soon i can share some gameplay on here for the VG community so just check it out in a few days and there should be a video.

What do you guys think? I want to know your opinions on the game and wether you are new to the series of a long time SOCOM player. That sorta stuff. Have fun!
