As I said, homosexuality doesn't necessarily have to be discussed in a sexual context. For example if you say Ferdinand married Isabelle, that's essentially discussing heterosexuality in a non-sexual context. And this is allowed. However discussing soemthing like Emperor Hadrian had a male concubine named Antonius whom he loved, is forbidden by this bill. Heck, saying that homosexuals were victims of the Holocaust is forbidden by this bill. It's essentially a double standard.
