both effect the flow of money, both have a different level effect, but they both effect the same thing.

It's quite different. Breaches at the root level are far more serious that breaches at the user level. It's a security nightmare when a root account is hacked, not so much when a user account is hacked.



Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
