no it's not, there's no steam support on 360.  Not that it matters, we all know the 360 version will sell the best so there will be plenty of 13 year olds to argue with on XBL.  

The PC version will sell the best.

The game is the same, only the feature-set is different. If one doesn't care about steam or has friends to play with on 360, getting the game on the PS3 will do him no good.
