I don't think everyone has a bit of fanboy in them, but then I guess 'fanboy' can mean many things. To me it's someone that loves a company and intensly dislikes the competition. To others it's someone who's besotted with a company, no more no less.
With that in mind, like I said before, the fanboys I'm talking about, there is no point in debating because they'll always be right and their company of choice will always be the one that comes out on top.
And you end up with bullshit like 'Nintendo arnt bringing out games because they want us to save money'
Going back to my original point, those types of fanboys are no good for this site. Obsessive fans ... sometimes annoying (me and you included sometimes I imagin) but those rabbid types, yeah I think we should be able to call them out for what they are. They add nothing but a mess to the discussion.

We actually have less of these people now. I actually miss some of them. At least they made things fun. Now, everyone's so defensive about everything.
We had reall trolls in this site that were very distructive, now a days , it's mostly people being banned for calling someone a ( fanboy).

That's what I mean, back in the day the regulars sort of set the example, sure you had obsessive fans like Soriku and leo, but it was all in good humour, and most of the posts/posters today would have been outcast. Today it's flip reverse ....
I do think the way this site is modded needs a major overhaul ... gah machina won't like me saying that
