Over! I hate when I go to somebody's house and it is under. I also sincerely hate people/businesses that are too cheap to buy decent toilet paper, and instead buy thin, scratchy toilet paper that is too easy to poke holes through and get your finger stinky.
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
