I think people are choosing "Best graphics" for their art styles, because neither Uncharted 2 or KZ3 was better than C2. This is just one list obviously based on personal prefference. No c2 is not a new benchmark. Its framerate is too choppy and a lot of other problems holding it back. If Crysis 2 had perfect FPS like Uncharted and God of War we can talk. Btw God of War 3 Runs at 60 fps.
