Name one thing the US has recently used it's "#1 status" to do, to tip things vastly in their favor that doesn't benefit europe almost as much to where it is orth it to spend tons of money to get slightly more benefit.

What does it matter?  You are suggesting that a bunch of people give up various freedoms and spend a bunch of money for zero benefit outside of "not relying on america."

Of which relying not relying on america seems to have no value to it outside of pride.

You basically want all this to happen soley for pride.
