the company is owned by an super-annuation fund (money for retirement, big in Australia, they own alot of mining companies shares). being so, they will most likely sell.
On SONY's side, this would be interesting moving into the PC gaming DD space dominated by Valve but even smaller share companies are making huge profits. I would like to see them buy this, and create an large Steam like service that services PC titles as well as NGP titles as well, with also PSN intergrated.
Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong
