first off who is going to mistake an iphone for an samsung or htc phone?, they dont sell these type of smart phones on store selves but from the back room of an telco store as an very good reason to prevent shoplifting of a upto 1000 dollar phone. So even if the packaging is the same no one isn't going to think its an apple than an iphone.
Also Apple should go after the many many "Iphone Clones" being pumped out of china instead.
Also Apple: you are selling 20 million iphone/ipad/ipod touches every 3 months, making billions in profit. Does it really matter.
