You mean when Nintendo sold them to Microsoft? It's not like it was a hostile takeover. Also Free Radical hasn't been making a bunch of groundbreaking games either.

I know how much microsoft paid for rare but i have always wondered why did nintendo sell rare to microsoft

and Free radical their studio was shut down a few years back for making their ps3 game so looking bak at it they should of had stayed at rare then leaving
